PRESIDENT: Vikki Cecchetto
Organizes and chairs executive meetings, guides and aids subcommittees as needed, co-signs all cheques, initiates and guides policy, sends correspondence as necessary

VICE-PRESIDENT: Jennifer Weiler
Assists and supports the president, assumes the duties of the president in his/her absence, normally assumes the position of president after serving as vice-president

PAST PRESIDENT: Nelia Nowakowski
Serves as resource person to president and new executive

TREASURER: Edward Cowan
Keeps a record of receipts and expenses, prepares and submits monthly reports to TESL Ontario, pays affiliate honoraria, prepares and co-signs cheques, prepares and presents a financial report for each TESL Hamilton-Wentworth executive meeting, prepares and present a financial report for the annual general meeting, liaises with TESL Ontario auditor, makes bank deposits

RECORDING SECRETARY:  Janice Romyn
Takes minutes of all meetings, composes drafts of minutes, maintains mailing list for executive members, arranges for distribution of minutes to executive members

PROGRAM DIRECTORS: Maria Crapsi and Brett Basbaum
Arrange for presents and speakers for membership meetings, help to organize the annual TESL Hamilton-Wentworth affiliate conference along with a conference committee

AFFILIATE REPRESENTATIVE:  Rick Born
Represents TESL Hamilton-Wentworth at executive board meetings at TESL Ontario (about 3 meetings per year in Toronto), reports on affiliate activities and expresses concerns of affiliate members, reports to TESL Hamilton-Wentworth on issues and information from TESL Ontario, attends affiliate forum meeting at annual TESL Ontario conference

SOCIAL DIRECTOR: Emily Warnock
Arranges for refreshments at affiliate meetings, conferences and AGM

NEWSLETTER EDITORS: Kim Henrie and Audrey Beaulne
Coordinate information for two newsletters per year and other publications (e.g. flyers) for conference and AGM, prepare final copy of each publication, arrange for printing of each publication as required, and distribute publications to TESL Hamilton-Wentworth members

WEBMASTER: Brett Basbaum
Coordinates information for website, updates website as needed, communicates to TESL Ontario about membership e-mailing

MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR: Krystal Donikian
Maintains up-to-date membership records, encourages membership renewal by contacting lapsed members, promotes TESL membership at workshops and conferences

PARLIAMENTARIAN: Open Position
Assures that Rules of Order are followed during meetings

MEMBERS AT LARGE: Agnes Kucharska, Melanie Pothier, Nancy Mascio, Rose Pye, Michael Clancy, Ryan Morreale
Represent various sectors of TESL Hamilton-Wentworth, and bring concerns of that sector to executive meetings, serve on subcommittees as needed, gather contributions for newsletter

NOTE: All positions are two-year terms. Members are expected to be TESL members.
