Membership Secretary 
Promotes TESL membership, prepares an oral membership report for each EC meeting, reports the Membership statistics annually to the membership at the Chapter AGM. Attends TESL Ontario Chapter Membership Secretaries’ meetings to represent the Chapter and reports to the Executive. Maintains a list of members in attendance at TESL Hamilton-Wentworth PD events for eventual reporting to TESL Ontario, maintains a list of Chapter members who are interested in volunteer opportunities in the organization, and forwards names to the appropriate sub-committee chairs.

​Communications Committee 
Maintains and monitors all communications on the TESL Hamilton-Wentworth website. Creates and communications materials pertaining to P.D. events for TESL Hamilton-Wentworth, TESL Ontario, and other TESL chapters. Posts information about contests, Marie Robbins Bursary, and ESL volunteer and job opportunities.
